Our College Creek Apartments are located in West Ames right off Lincoln Way. The studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes and are a 5-minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has plenty of parking and coin-operated laundry in each building. Units come with central A/C. The landlord pays for gas (heat) and high-speed internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity and water/sewer only. Cats are allowed, pet fees will apply. Undergrads welcome!
