Our Western Hills Apartments are located in West Ames right off of Lincoln Way and South Dakota. The studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments are right by two Cyride routes, and are a 5 minute drive to West Hy-Vee. The complex has open parking and coin-operated laundry in each building. Units come with a dishwasher, A/C, a garage, and a storage unit. The landlord pays for gas (heat), water/sewer, and upgraded Internet. Tenants are responsible for electricity only. Cats are allowed. Pet fees will apply. Undergrads not allowed.
